Some Thoughts to Ponder...

Read Each One Carefully and Think About It a Second or Two

1. I love you not because of who you are, but because of who I am when I am
with you.

2. No man or woman is worth your tears, and the one who is, won't make you cry.

3. Just because someone doesn't love you the way you want them to, doesn't mean
they don't love you with all they have.

4. A true friend is someone who reaches for your hand and touches your heart.

6. Never frown, even when you are sad, because you never know who is falling in love with your smile.

WHAT MAKES US HAPPY!

It looks like *they* are finally studying what makes
us HAPPY instead of what makes us SAD. If you
ask me, it's about time!

I'll be happy when...
We convince ourselves that life will be better after we get married, have a
baby, then another. Then we are frustrated that the kids aren't old enough
and we'll be more content when they are. After that, we're frustrated that
we have teenagers to deal with. We will certainly be happy when they are
out of that stage. We tell ourselves that our life will be complete when
our spouse gets his or her act together, when we get a nicer car, when we
are able to go on a nice vacation or when we retire. The truth is there's
no better time to be happy than right now. If not now, when? Your life will
always be filled with challenges.


It's best to admit this to yourself and decide to be happy anyway.
Happiness is the way. So, treasure every moment that you have and treasure
it more because you shared it with someone special, special enough to spend
your time with ..... and remember that time waits for no one.


So, stop waiting ..
Until your car or home is paid off.
Until you get a new car or home.
Until your kids leave the house.
Until you go back to school.
Until you finish school.
Until you lose 10 lbs.
Until you gain 10 lbs.
Until you get married.
Until you get a divorce.
Until you have kids.
Until you retire.
Until summer..
Until spring.
Until winter.
Until fall.
Until you die.


There is no better time than right now to be happy. Happiness is a journey,
not a destination. So work like you don't need money, love like you've
never been hurt, and, dance like no one's watching

This land has many stories

6 Steps to an Incredible Life!

New Year off in the right direction.

Remember that wanting to do something
and doing it are two different things.

Both create a result and only the
"doing" creates the results that
you want.

Here is a list of 6 action activities
that on completion of each one you
will feel the enjoyment from doing
it and it will start to create the
momentum in your life that creates
fulfillment.

Remember to take IMMEDIATE ACTION,
right as you are reading this, which
will add value to your life.

When you put it on the back burner
and say, "I will do it tomorrow or
someday", you will forget about it
and miss out on doing it.

When you really choose to have an
incredible life it begins with making
this an incredible moment.

When you put together a bunch of
incredible moments they become
incredible minutes, then incredible
hours, incredible days which turn
into incredible weeks, incredible
months, years and that becomes
your incredible life.

6 Steps to an incredible life!

1. Call 3 people that you haven’t
talked to in a while that you can
call and tell them that you love them.

2. Call one person that was a good friend
of yours that you had a falling out
with just to say "Hi" and "Happy New Year".
(You don’t have to go into any deeper
than that and be sincere in what you do say.)

3. What are 3 things that you have been
putting off doing? Write them down
and start on number 1 until complete
and then go to number 2 and follow through.

4. What is one thing that you can start
doing today that will improve your health
and fitness? (It doesn’t have to be major,
just do something and start today.)

5. What is 1 experience that you have
wanted to do that you have been putting
off doing? (Pick a date of when you will
do that this year and make the arrangements
to do it.)

6. Choose one thing that you normally
don’t do that is fun and go do it this
week. Step out of your comfort zone
and go do it.

Here’s the secret for creating lasting
enjoyment. After you do these tasks for
the first time and enjoy the way that
they felt doing them, make it a point
to continue doing them so that they
become your habits.
